    Try ACD ChemSketch. You draw your diagrams, then save them as picture files and paste them into your Word document.

    – If you’re really hardcore, you can create PDF documents instead of Word documents - and use LaTeX macros to draw the diagrams. But, it is mostly people who publish research that do this.
