I am supposed to figure out Molarity of a Compound but I don’t know how to get it. I don’t understand the book. Our teacher wrote it and it is so unclear and frustrating. How do I do this? Please help.

Also, Osmosis how do I figure this out how does it go from one solution to other and which is the one to tranfer over. PLEASE HELP?
