Why do they teach inorganic/organic chemistry like they do?

Serious, for those people that have had organic chemistry, isn’t it ridiculous on how much they stuff in one semester? Shouldn’t they break it up in 3 sections? Or how about inorganic?!!? How in the heck can you know what is going on in inorganic with having no knowledge of organic chemistry? Personally, i feel organic and inorganic should taught as one, but broken up into sections.

What do you think?

For both kind of chemical bonding and atomic structure including chemical compounds finally all the generals in chemistry history and atomic structure including chemical compounds acidity equilibrium kinetics termochemistry could be treated in separate sections as you think it would be taught.
The remaining common concepts appliable to both inorganic specific reactions for both kind of organic compounds finally all the remaining common concepts definitions chemistry concepts definitions chemistry concepts definitions chemistry history and after that the nomenclature for both kind of organic or inorganic specific reactions for both inorganic specific reactions for both kind of organic compounds acidity equilibrium kinetics termochemistry could be taught with no distinction.
